Zarri Refund & Return Policy

At Zarri, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We want you to love your purchase, but in the event that you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve outlined our Refund and Return Policy to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and stress-free.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds for items that meet the following criteria:

  • The request is made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all original tags and packaging.
  • The item must be returned with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Note:

Personalized, customized, or special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


2. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Your order number
  • A detailed explanation of the reason for your return or refund request
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Once your request is received, our Customer Service team will review the details and respond to you promptly with further instructions.


3. Return Instructions

If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please ensure that:

  1. Items are returned in their original, unused condition.
  2. All tags and packaging are intact.
  3. Items are securely packed for shipping.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Refund Process

6. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, the process will follow the same steps as the return process. Exchanges are subject to availability. Please contact info@zarri.site to request an exchange.

Note: Returned items must meet the same conditions outlined under “Eligibility for Returns and Refunds” for an exchange to be approved.


7. Late or Missing Returns

If you have returned an item but have not received a refund after 7-10 business days, please contact our customer support team at info@zarri.site to confirm that your return has been received and processed.
